Happy New Year from Tripp ARTS!
Sorry its been a while to anyone who might be following along here. Things have been a little busy. Christmas was hectic but fun. My cousins in law had their wedding. NO they are not cousins to each other if you were wondering. I am so happy for them. Here are a few pics from that special day!

Sorry its been a while since I posted anything. It's been a long hot summer, and I have found myself on double baby duty due to my wife having to go out of town for teacher workshops. However, I am back now and there is many new changes in store. We are beginning to start with studio photography work, and I will be posting some images very soon from our first studio session. I say studio, but basically this was set up at my home. However, I was very happy with the end products as were my clients. I plan to be more involved with blogging and keeping my avid readers up to date with my upcoming projects.

Nathan and Kendra
So you want to talk about a couple of troopers. First day of Spring and its 40 degrees and raining, and these two took it on with batting an eyelash. We had a lot of fun, but I felt so bad for poor Kendra by the end. Her jeans around her ankles were soaked!

Winter Wonderland
So Arkansas got hit with its second snow storm in a week. Crazy! It hasn't snowed like this in years. So of course I had to take pictures of it. Here are a couple of shots.

End of the year thoughts
As 2009 draws to a close I am left to do what most do in this time. I reflect on the past year. This year was a huge change for me, as it was the year I became a father. I had many triumphs and disappointments. I was tested on a few occasions on my dedication, and for a time I seriously considered if I had made the right career path in becoming a photographer. I questioned myself and the decisions I made, and I came to one conclusion: I am on the path I should be. This year was hard for me on many levels, but its true what they say that whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I have learned valuable lessons, and I am a better businessman because of it. I want to thank all my loyal clients for their love and support and gratitude over the year. It always makes me feel good to know that I have done a good job, because that is what I care about. I will always remember 2009 as a year of many firsts for me and many new lessons. Above all else...it has prepared me for 2010. I wish everyone a happy new year, and thank you so much for making Tripp ARTS what it is today.
Sincerely,
Christopher Tripp

MORE ABBIE!!!
Took some pics of Abbie today. I have been taking pictures of her since the day she was born...literally. She is already 7 months. Though I can't believe Charlie is 6 months. These babies are growing fast!
